Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lojautil.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
